Welcome to my hobby web page. One of my favorite hobbies is football, watching it and attempting to play it. I like to keep up with various NFL teams and some CFL teams.
My favorite NFL team is the Buffalo Bills© ®. I like going to Buffalo Bills home games and games in other NFL cities that I'm lucky enough to aquire tickets to. I have been to games at old Memorial Stadium in Baltimore(Ravens-Steelers), new Ravens Stadium(Ravens-Steelers), and Heinz Field pre-season opener in Pittsburgh(Steelers-Lions).
I have also attended numerous Bills games over various seasons and I was a season ticket holder.
One of my favorite quotes from football is by former Bills' Hall Of Fame coach Marv Levy
"Where would you rather be than right here, right now!!"
Football Benefits/Advantages
- You get to watch lots of hard hitting without feeling any pain.
- You sometimes get to see quarterbacks actually make long completions to wide receivers.
- You get to drink cold beer on a Sunday morning at big parking lots in Orchard Park, NY.
- You get to hear 71,000 people cheering.
- It can get expensive going to games, especially with $10 parking every week and $42 tickets.
- It is less fun when it rains.
- Big guys sometimes sit in front of you and block your view of the field, or they sit next to you and elbow you.
- Getting through the crowded stadium is sometimes difficult before and after games until you learn the shortcuts.
